Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all transactions conducted through the e-commerce platform operated by Dhaka Arot. By placing an order on the Dhaka Arot website, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all the terms of this policy.

Payment Terms

*   Dhaka Arot is a pre-paid e-commerce platform. Customers must pay the full amount before any order is confirmed.

*   If the payment is not completed within the specified time, the order will be considered cancelled.

*   Dhaka Arot is not obligated to accept an order if the payment fails, is incomplete, or is cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be applicable under the following circumstances:

*   If the ordered product is out of stock.

*   If the order is cancelled by Dhaka Arot.

*   If the order is not confirmed despite a successful payment.

Refund Timeline: In the above cases, the applicable refund will be processed within 30 to 60 minutes of the payment being completed.

Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued through the same channel/method used by the customer for the original payment.

Refund Processing

*   Additional time may be required for refund processing due to Mobile Financial Services (MFS), banking channels, or third-party payment gateways, which are beyond the control of Dhaka Arot.

*   Dhaka Arot shall not bear any financial liability for such delays.

Order Cancellation Terms

*   Once order processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.

*   In special circumstances, Dhaka Arot reserves the right to cancel an order at its own discretion.

Reservation of Rights

Dhaka Arot reserves the right to change, add, or amend this Payment and Refund Policy, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh shall apply.
