Rare and exotic Fresh Bhutum Fish (also known as Bheda/Meni). Sourced directly from the muddy beds of Haors and Beels. Despite its rugged appearance, the meat is incredibly soft, buttery, and has few bones. It is considered a delicacy and tastes best when cooked in a thick spicy gravy (Bhuna) or Do-pyaza.
হাওর ও বিলের তলদেশ থেকে সংগৃহীত সুস্বাদু বুতুম মাছ। এটি ভেদা বা মেনি মাছ নামেও পরিচিত। দেখতে কিছুটা কালচে ও খসখসে হলেও এর মাংস মাখনের মতো নরম ও কাঁটা কম। গরম ভাতের সাথে বুতুম মাছের দোপেঁয়াজা বা ভুনা তরকারি ভোজনরসিকদের কাছে এক অমৃত সমান।
